Shipping Policy

At Realexity, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully placed.

Shipping Time
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 6-12 business days depending on your location, carrier performance, and demand.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to deliver orders on time, shipping may occasionally be delayed due to customs, weather, carrier issues, holidays, or high order volume. These delays are outside of our control.

Incorrect Address Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Realexity is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Realexity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us if you need additional support.
